Warner Brothers Discovery is an American media and entertainment conglomerate formed from the spin-off out Warner Brothers from AT&T which subsequently merged with Discovery. The resulting company is one of the biggest media and IP producers in the world; owning the IP to everything from DC Comics to Looney Tunes, Ice Road Truckers and Harry Potter. The new company is poised to be a media powerhouse, second to only Walt Disney in size and quality.
